Hugh Dowding
One of the founders and for 25 years the Managing Director and CEO of the Polartech Group, Hugh Dowding has developed an International reputation having formed or acquired Companies in all key geographies.
During the period Mr Dowding has been involved in the formation, running or disposal of over 25 successful companies in Asia, N. America, India and Europe and has operated at every level in a number of key industry sectors.
In addition to his commercial expertise Mr Dowding has devoted huge energies to the key Trade Associations in the Lubricants sector having been President or a board Member for many years of UEIL in Europe, UKLA (formerly BLF) in the UK and has been a long time working Associate of ILMA in the USA.
Whilst Metalworking fluids were Mr Dowding’s lifeblood for many years his expertise extends to all areas of lubrication and the key raw materials in the lubricant or metalworking fluid supply chain.
Having now diversified into the Paints and Coatings sector and IT/database related products for the sector Mr Dowding’s sectorial expertise is broader than ever and his skills are in much demand as a Board level Adviser.
Janet Kay
The second Founder Director of Fraser, Janet Kay, formerly Group Commercial Manager of Polartech Group has unique expertise in the Commercial and Supply Chain side of the lubricants and metalworking fluid sectors.
Having specialised in the markets of India and Asia and having dealt at a global level with Major Oil Companies in both Key Accounts and Contract Administrators Mrs Kay is an extremely experienced Manager.
With a formal background in Bio-Chemistry and Micro-Biology Mrs Kay is not only commercially but technically a contributor to Fraser's clients and this coupled with her in-depth knowledge of raw materials for the lubricant industry gives her a unique perspective.

N.V. Panchanathan
Based in Secunderabad, India, N. V. Panchanathan has over 40 years in the Chemical Industry and out of which 18 years have been spent as Technical director and Managing director/Chairman of various firms.
An innovator and author of over 500 original product formulations. Built a company as an entrepreneur from 25000 USD to 10 million USD in a span of 10 years.
Having vast experience in various raw material sourcing as well. Worked on Bio-waste, Plant hormones, Nanotechnology and in a few other Biotechnology related renewable energy sources, bio-pesticides and Herbal products.
Expertise in formulation technology in Herbicides, plant hormones, micronutrients, adhesives, herbal products, Sealants, Coatings and Mastics, nano-coatings, Surface treatment products, corrosion inhibitors, Oil field chemicals, metal working fluids, additives and components.
Peter Richards (Trading as Pikuseru)
Pikuseru was formed in 2006 as the brand and alter ego of Peter Richards, new media, web & graphic designer.
Since then Pikuseru has steadily grown its business, with reinvestment a key priority. A significant amount of the profits has been spent expanding capabilities, and as a small independent studio Pikuseru now offers web design, photography, graphic design, branding, Photoshop/photomontage, advertisements & is currently expanding in to motion graphics. We only use fully licenced, registered software.
The name Pikuseru, comes from the Japanese version of the English word pixel. This name was chosen because of a long term affection for Japanese art & design, and the importance of the pixel as the building block for all visual digital content.
